
SERVICES WE OFFER
Knights Event Center is available to provide all the necessary functions,
support staff and planning for your event.
We will work with you to assure that your special event will be a success.
We are one of the larger event venues in Bellevue and the surrounding areas.
The facility is available for corporate, military and social events with a seating capacity of 300+.
Round tables are available for parties (between 24-144) and 8' banquet tables for parties over 144.
Both round and banquet tables seat 8 comfortably.
Plenty of parking is also available to accommodate large scale events.
We have a robust audio system throughout the facility with multiple wireless mics.
Ten Large Screen Video monitors, throughout the facility for video presentations
are all connected to a laptop attached to the internet that
provides a strong, clear and very high-quality visual and audio experience.
This provides complete flexibility to show live sports events, powerpoint presentations,
personal slideshows and videos, all integrated with our multi-speaker audio system.
Should you need to use your own equipment, we provide wireless HDMI connectivity
throughout the entire facility, to all ten screens and audio system.
Many professional organizations use this to provide their unique business presentations.
Our full-service bar and Class-C liquor license provide a well stocked and
very reasonably priced capability to make you party very successful.
We also supply the servers and bar staff as needed.
With years of experience hosting both large scale and intimate events ranging
from weddings and receptions to birthday parties and corporate meetings,
we can help you with the logistics.
Our large and spacious dance floor and movable stage give you great flexibility.
We also provide a large grassy area adjacent to our parking area, that can be used
for outside weddings, family outings, many church and community picnics.
This availability comes with no additional cost to you when you rent our facility.
Our base rate is $500 for the minimum first 4 hours.
Additional hours beyond the initial 4 hours are $150 per hour.
A signed contract, $250 (half the rental rate)
and $100 (returnable cleaning fee)
is required to lock-in and hold the event date.
